This looks brilliant, it's a new series starting on BBC Three called The Wrong Door.

There's a good article in this week's BBC staff magazine Ariel (available from your local BBC building) which explains how these cinema-standard CGI effects are done on "a shoestring".
Apparently, the programme was largely edited on someone's laptop.
