MuxCo

MuxCo is one of the UK’s local DAB Digital Radio multiplex operators, helping radio stations get their services on air across the country. It operates 12 local multiplexes covering areas from Surrey and Gloucestershire to North Wales, Yorkshire and the Channel Islands, providing the broadcast infrastructure that brings together BBC, commercial, community and digital-only radio stations in each area.

MuxCo was created to make local digital radio more accessible and affordable, particularly for smaller radio operators. It works with local partners in many of its areas and has helped introduce new stations and greater choice for listeners, alongside bringing established FM services onto DAB and DAB+. Its network now supports everything from major national radio brands to small independent and community stations, giving a wide range of broadcasters access to digital radio.

Gregory and I founded MuxCo in 2006 winning the licences, launching the network and now operating the business.
