Amol Rajan
Amol Rajan is an accomplished host, currently hosting University Challenge for the BBC, along with his Radical with Amol Rajan podcast for Radio 4. He also presented the acclaimed Amol Rajan Interviews series. Earlier this year, Amol announced that he would step down as presenter of the Radio 4 Today programme, in order to ‘unleash his inner entrepreneur’ by creating a company focusing on the creator economy. Amol was the youngest Editor of a broadsheet newspaper in Britain and the first from an ethnic minority in more than a century when he was appointed by The Independent at the age of 29. In May 2026, Amol was announced in the cast of the hugely popular Celebrity Traitors TV show, which will be aired on BBC1 later in the year.
